Hi, Just unpacked a gift of RS 175 headphones, it states for best results connect via digital optical.... no such output on my Denon AVR-X4300. Could I plug the optical lead directly from my DVD player for this signal on playback (speaker set up too loud late at night!!) or simply use the 1/4"...
