Yes, exactly. Except, when I select dual I get no output at all, I have to manually choose monitor 1 or 2

That is a very good point. Any suggestions of how to get dual 4k video output out of the Denon AVR-X2300W without having to go into settings every time I switch from TV to PJ?

Unfortunately, the is no 4/8K selection, only the unit numbers 1-7 and the front hdmi

Turns out, swapping the outputs didn't do anything. Plus, I've realised that when I select Auto (Dual) for video out, I'm getting nothing, that's why I have to select monitor 1 or monitor 2. I'm wandering if the old denon is up to the job

I have a Denon AVR-X2300W hooked up to a Philips 50PUS7805 50" 4K TV, through hdmi output 1. I did have an Optoma HD50 connected to the AVR through hdmi output 2. Recently I've swapped the HD50 with an Epson EH-TW7000 and upgraded all input and output hdmi cables to hdmi 2.2. I'm getting a...
