That is a pitty. You only have to sell your speakers and amplifier and replace them by the wireless version. The wireles version is much better in my opinion and also contains streaming functionality. And it is a lot cheaper. Either way, i would not spend 4500 Euro for a fuller sound at lower...

Just replace your setup with the KEF LS50 wireless speakers. These will sound clearly better, also at lower volumes. And it will be a lot cheaper.

I don't know how much better the Ruby or PM-10 is, but i owned the PM-14S1SE and now own the PM-11S3. According to me, the PM-11S3 is much better than the PM-14S1SE. It was a bigger upgrade than adding very good DAC's to my network player.

I still want to sign on but i am 'syncing' all my user names on different sites. And i don't want a user name anymore with my name in it. WHF is the only site that does not allow someone to change his account name or remove his account.*shok*

If it is only for a few songs then it is probably the recording. If it is always then it can be the room positioning or your ears.

I tested this amplifier about three weeks ago. The sound was good but the internal dac is not that great imo. I decided not to buy the amp mainly because i could not control the volume with the remote at lower volumes. The sound level increased/decreased several dB's with a light push on the remote.

Typical power consumption of the PM-14S1SE is about 50 Watt at normal listening levels with a maximum of about 320 Watt for full power output.

If you have sensitive speakers and use an amp with a potentiometer, it is sometimes impossible to (fine) control the volume at lower settings with the remote control. The volume jumps up/down with 2-3dB or more with 1 push on the remote control up/down button. Denon, Yamaha and some others...
