Hi I have a similar probleem with airport express optical connected to the Arcam IRdac. It plays for 20 - 30 seconds clean and then disturbs for a milisecond. The IRdac's relay disconnects. I don't have this issue using ATV3. It's highly disturbing, the irdac is pratical unusable on the ae.

I have dc6t se with nad326bee. I have really no idea if they are a good match. Seems to me the real question is: are your mind, ears, speakers and room a good match? I love the tannoys (for their honesty :-p). And like the no nonsense & good value of the nad.
