Question Speakers for NAD 316 BEE v2

I am sending NAD 316 v2 back as still got it only 2 weeks now. Seeling Triangles on ebay. I seen package deal Marantz 6007 + Oberon 5 for £900 ]. I love the size of Oberon 5 and that it's said it can be close to wall (10 cm). I will check this in Richer Sounds and if it gives me pleasure...

Question Speakers for NAD 316 BEE v2

I will not pay for some pice of metal stick hundreds just to take my space and give me mere shadow of quality of floor-standing speaker. I am off to buy floor standers like Dali Oberon 5. Really disappointed - My previous system costed under 1000£ (Onkyo 8150 + Canton Gle 470) and delivered...

Question Speakers for NAD 316 BEE v2

thanks! After thought - If I would fix speakers to stand that means for less space in the room and possibly my kid would break them. I really need to have flexible solution i.e. bookshelf for morning FM radio and "chairs or some better version of chairs + EQ" for audio session in the evening...

I tired the filters for EQ - It does makes things better - less of the unpleasant "sshhh" and rumbling I would say.

Question Speakers for NAD 316 BEE v2

If you use SoundSource software for MacOS there is an option to load text file with the specified config that was tested to improve sound quality. I will give it a go. DACMagic does not have an EQ

Question Speakers for NAD 316 BEE v2

Guys on another forum recommended to apply filters to Equaliser dedicated to Triangle Borea so to get better sound. I am attempting to apply that first and see if this helps. https://www.audiosciencereview.com/forum/index.php?threads/triangle-borea-br03-review-bookshelf-speaker.21739/#post-722077

Question Speakers for NAD 316 BEE v2

True Dali's bass was better when close to wall but they were roughtly half the size of Triangles and could not generate enough for dance/electro - not dynamic enough. I am not sure what is going on - The key point is siloed elements are good but they don't come toghether to create music that is...

Better Spekers than Triangle Borea BR03

NAD 316 v2 arrived and my early observations are: 1. Clearly can play NAD louder getting juicier bass (thump) & more dynamics. (I remember AXA 25 vs Audiolab 6000A which I contrasted in Richer Sounds & can't recall feeling such clear difference as here, but it was 3 years ago.) 2. Might be...
