I would say approximately 25m². I'd like to spend about 150$/€, which is not a lot of money I agree. But I'm not looking for the best hardware here, just a nice and good system to listen to some records on my turntable. My Yamaha HS8 are linked to a FireWire Audio Interface (TC Eletronic Konnekt 6). Is it necessary to buy a Pro-Ject Phono Box MM by the way ? I could plug the turntable right in the recording inupts of the interface by using RCA to Jack adapters, isn't it ?
