Hi, my dad wants a home cinema in a box for xmas. He wants 2.1 as doesnt want wires around the room and the budget is only £200. Does anyone know a fairly decent system for this. Want 1080 upscaling for dvds in it. I see LG and samsung do a couple systems but i dont know if they are any good...

I dont know if anyone has mentioned this already, but you can pre-order star wars on bluray from play.com now. Either the full 6 films boxset(£65 or something close) or you can just get the original trilogy if preferred(£33.99), due for release 26th september 2011. Still a way off, but i for one...

Yeah i wandered this. Parents have the same problem. The HD channels are really quiet. Shouldnt the sound be better? On my virgin its also slightly quieter but not as bad as Sky. Why?

The only difference i see in those 2 pictures is that one of them has more shadow. Other than that i cant see any difference at all! But i guess it could depend on the laptop/computer screen. But if that is the difference in quality, no way would i pay for that!

You mean episodes 4 - 6. The originals. Episode 3 was awful! Remember how long the original trilogy took to come out on DVD. I think we will have a long wait.
