Hi,
currently own Sonos Connect Amp and some Q Acoustics 2010i speakers
Looking to upgrade the speakers to get abit more oomph
Currently undecided between these two (they need to be gloss white to please her indoors : ) )
Q Acoustics 2020i or Q Acoustics Concept 20
i'm leaning towards the...
Sonos is amazing and nothing even comes close to it in my opinion
its so easy to use and sounds great to my ears and I'm as fussy as they come about soundstage etc
although sonos can be pricey it's well worth the outlay if music is a massive part of your life
and on the plus side you don't...
I owned the q7000 set and wasn't overly impressed if I'm honest
sounded pretty weak for music and films was so-so
My front room is quite big so I suppose it also depends on the size of the room
Might sit tight then with the Sonos Amp as I love the ease of use and convenience
and for what I would pay for an amp and connect wouldn't truly be worth it
So is the general consensus it's better to use the sonos connect with a seperate amp?
i am currently running dali zensor 3's through the connect amp and it sounds great but can it better?
was seriously contemplating getting the Nad 316bee and connect , worth it or not?
Matt,
i'm running the zensor 3's with the Sonos amp
do you think I would get more from these speakers connected to say Marantz pm6005 and the sonos connect?
Ok I bought the Connect amp and it sounds 'ok' in my opinion
i'm now thinking perhaps going for an amp & connect instead
speakers I'm running are dali zensor 3's
what do you guys think?
Been running the Z3's in now for a couple of hours
they sound amazing already, bass is more noticeable that the 2020i's
as mentioned before the sound staging is great and you can really pick out parts of the song
They are connected to the sonos amp and streaming spotify through sounds just as...
i'm really looking forward to setting up my DZ3's , they turned up today and i'll have a play with them when i get home from work
i'm hoping they are as good as people say : )
i still have the 2020i's so if i'm unimpressed i could always stick with those
Hi,
thinking of driving these with the Sonos Connect Amp, do you think it would be a good fit?
currently using Q Acoustics 2020i's with Q Acoustics 7000 sub
looking to get rid of the sub and have a speaker that's known for decent bass response
what do we reckon?
