    well £3000 tops; I was looking at the new Rega Elicit r, Creek Destiny 2 & Evolution 50a/expected 100a, Roksan K2/BT or Caspian & something like the Tannoy DCTs or perhaps some of Rega's own - system synergy?!?

    I am having a major revamp of my system (in search of simplicity!) & am looking for ideas for a high quality one box amp (ideally with mm phono stage built in) & speakers to complement (probably floorstanders) which will be fed by a Rega 25.

    which turntables have you owned ??

    well, going back a long way: Garrard SP25 Thorens TD104 Rega Planar 3 - Acos arm Linn Basik LP12 Dual 514 Rega Planar 2 - Acos arm Rega 25 Goldring GR2 & my all round favourite is the Rega 25 - pure simple music with no fuss!
