I Have been having this same issue with qobuz via a Project Stream box S2 Ultra, with Virgin 300bps plus, Originally hub 3 but upgraded to hub4 but didn't make any difference. Looks the the advice is to buy a better router and put virgin hub 4 in modem mode. I have been on trial with Tidal...
