Yes, software updated. Factory reset not tried. Seems as if picture is stuck in trumotion. My previous LG C1 was same out of the box but turning off the trumotion made all the difference.

First post on this forum hoping for some advice before I send my new OLED back to LG. This C5 has the soap opera effect on all 'picture' options from the menu using the remote. I have turned Trumotion off and it has made no difference. The picture is unwatchable Anyone experienced this or...
