That is not a country. There are many countries in Asia with quite a range of different climates.

Send it back. If you buy used separates you will get far better sound. Even a budget system should be far better.

What awful music. The sound quality is not great either. Yes very compressed. YT is all about number of views and money.

Japanese rooms often have thin walls and tend to be small. I know some Japanese products have been adjusted for the UK market. Some amps can't play even speakers with low Ohm ratings.

They don't sound the same. Early Arcams were warm sounding. Audiolab from my demo were the opposite.

Yes l would spend more, it will likely to be cheaper, in the long run. I would avoid the budget TTs, better to buy a better quality used TT and get a decent cartridge. If you buy the Rega then budget for a better cartridge.

Was it, can't see anything about just LPs. My response was more generally and about the digital format. LPs are a minefield with different pressings and prices. Some of the most sort after are extremely expensive.

I think Bluesound have caused a lot of problems recently. The big update about a year caused me and others problems and l find it worse now. So that's part of the reason for considering changing. But lnnuos prices have gone up considerably, so probably even used, are out my range now.

WYWH and DSOTM - Pink Floyd Eric Bibb albums are well produced. Boards of Canada also. Many in that genre probably also.

There are lots of Jazz, most of the ECM catalogue, certainly the more recent ones are top notch. Tord Gustavsen would be one artist. Does anyone record drums and piano as well? Nils Frahm albums are pretty good generally. Lots of "jazz" singers of course. Melody Gardot would be my pick. Sade...
