Your amp should be fine, and ive found that if anything is going to go its going to be the tweeter. Is the hiss you hear in one or both speakers? Play a track on your phone / mp3 player through headphones and compare it with the track on your hifi to help calm the paranoia

Yeah i hear ya, but personally i would always take a better screen over battery life and ergonomics. The screen is THE most important aspect of the gaming experience (for me anyway). The OLED Vita's are the type of product that will be sought after once all the LEDs have flooded the market...

Sooooo....Sony are being cheeky trying to charge more cash for a lower quality screen? This should be a no brainer mate, get the OLED. Check out the youtube videos of comparison and you will see the OLED is a fantastic screen. The LCD is clearly a downgrade.
