I like to spend no more than £2k for everything. I liked the look and reviews of the dac-v1 kit but am unsure if it's over the top for the CDM7NTs

I'll have a bit more of a play with speaker positioning but as with a lot of people I am limited by the room layout, the furniture and the wife. I understood that positioning can help with bass but mine really is with the mid-range.
