Hello, Im from Brasil and was searching about audio delay on samsung tvs and just found this post of yours... So im having exactly the same problem with a tv samsung 65QN85A, bought just 2 weeks ago, and since the first moment, it delays the audio if i use cable tv... Its not sky, but normal...
