We just installed parquet floors, so I need to replace the spikes on my SoundStyle speaker stands with something softer. Is there anywhere I can buy aftermarket feet for old stands?

Does anyone have a direct email address for Yamaha technical support? Their web site only gives FAQs and addresses of their dealers. But this does not help me; I need to contact them directly about fixing a software bug.
