Good thinking, especially that one in bold. I don't like the new version of the Guarneri Memento and despite an increase in price of almost 50% compared to mine, there is not great improvement in sound quality

Ahahah, I must say that I miss indeed the "hunting" phase...when with Rob we were driving 2hs just to go and listen to a specific brand of speakers!

Why you say that? :) I am asking because I am torned indeed...listening to my heart (beautiful design, lovely and charming sound) or to my brain (I don't really use them anymore, I can still get decent money and maybe downgrade to something in the 1500€ range second hand).

M3 from MF is a killing amp, amazing value for money. In terms of sources, if you like digital I tend to agree with Sonos, it's a no brainer at that kind of money If you are ok with spending a bit more, Linn DS is a great alternative

So you are actually using the same speakers for HT and music. You use the AMS to drive your kef, right? Why you think I should not use the Jadis to drive the SFs?

I was indeed looking at that one I have to find a subwoofer to try first before departing with any money as I don't like waste :) I want to make sure I like the effect and I can also find a place for it! :shhh: You use a sub?
